Put the whole project in writing
A useful request covers the container type, preferred condition, quantity, intended use and delivery location. Add your timing, truck access, unloading needs and any changes you want made to the container.
You can review and edit the summary, then copy or download it. You can also choose to send the reviewed request through the quote form after selecting its consent checkbox.
Compare the unit and the delivered total
Ask each supplier to identify the unit being quoted, describe its condition and provide current photos. Compare the container, modifications, transport, unloading, taxes and other charges on the same basis.
Before accepting an offer, get the seller’s name, payment terms and delivery arrangements in writing. Preparing a request does not reserve a container or book delivery.
How supplier introductions work
