Your saved project draft
The quote planner saves your container choices, delivery area and project notes in this browser when storage is available. It does not save the contact fields or your edited complete request text in the browser project draft. Contact details remain in the open page until you reload or leave it. Avoid putting sensitive information or unnecessary details about other people in project notes, especially on a shared device.
If the browser cannot save a home project, moving to the full planner can put project details in the page address. That address is sent when the page opens and may remain in browser history. Avoid sharing it if it contains private notes.
A draft can be restored for up to seven days after it was saved. That is a restoration window, not automatic deletion: older draft data can remain in browser storage.
Resetting a planner resets its own project; it does not clear every saved draft. To remove drafts stored for this site, use your browser’s site-data settings. Copies on your clipboard, downloaded files and information you have shared separately are unaffected.
Loading the pages
Delivery-area suggestions use a directory included with this site. Some pages also load fonts and display scripts from external services. Your browser contacts those services to load their files; that is separate from sending a quote request.
Optional private reports
The scam report tool lets you prepare a factual account of a concern about a website. It asks for the domain, concern, optional incident-date and payment-method information, and an evidence checklist. It does not accept document uploads. Keep sensitive details out of the description.
The website-report tool prepares a draft in the open page for you to review, copy or download. It does not send or publish your report. You choose a recipient and contact your payment provider or an official service separately.
Sending your request through Quotbox
The quote form is connected to Quotbox. When you select the consent checkbox and click "Send my quote request", your name, email address, phone number, optional company name and reviewed container project are sent to Quotbox. The project includes your container choices, quantity, delivery ZIP and any delivery, timing, use or project notes you provide.
The consent checkbox is not selected for you. It authorizes Quotbox to share this quote request and your contact details with container professionals who may contact you about this request. It does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Preparing, copying or downloading your request alone does not send it to Quotbox or to a professional.
The sending service keeps request references, protected fingerprints and technical receipt information to recognize retries; it does not save your contact details or complete project text in those technical records. Quotbox receives the submitted contact and project information, and the professionals who receive the request may retain their own copies. Clearing the browser draft does not erase information already received by Quotbox or a professional. LG manages a six-month retention policy and deletion of quote requests. Automatic six-month deletion is not currently implemented by this site. This policy does not set the retention period for browser drafts or technical receipt records. The detailed scope, backup handling and retention of copies held by recipient professionals still need completion before publication.
LG selects the businesses that can receive ContainerPick requests. The intended commercial model is to charge those businesses for buyer requests.
Your information choices
You can review and edit your project and contact details before sending, copying or downloading a request. You choose whether to select the consent checkbox and send it through Quotbox. You can remove saved browser drafts through your browser’s site-data settings.
For personal information received through the quote service, applicable rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before it. Send privacy and deletion requests to LG using the privacy email above. Full legal operator details, processing terms and the detailed request-handling procedure still need completion before publication.
You can also raise a data protection complaint with the relevant supervisory authority, including the CNIL where applicable.
