Have your business details ready
- Legal business name, registration details and the person responsible for responding to quote requests.
- The locations and delivery areas your business can actually serve, including access or transport restrictions.
- The container formats, conditions and services you can offer, with current supporting photos and specifications.
- How you arrange transport and unloading, and which parts the customer must arrange.
Make each offer easy to compare
- Identify the unit being quoted and explain its condition. State whether photos show that unit or an example.
- Separate the container, modifications, transport, unloading, taxes and other charges. List exclusions.
- Confirm availability, quote validity, delivery assumptions and payment terms in writing.
- Name the business responsible for the sale and invoice. Confirm the delivery method and site requirements before an order is agreed.
Understand the planned paid introductions
ContainerPick plans to charge container businesses registered with the service to receive buyer requests. Pricing and commercial terms must be agreed before a business begins receiving requests.
A request describes a potential customer’s project. It does not commit that customer to buy. The supplier’s written offer should identify the unit, delivered price and terms the customer is being asked to accept.
Review responsibilities before receiving requests
Before deciding to participate, review the agreement and information-sharing terms. They should explain charges, how requests are allocated, what customer information you receive, permitted follow-up and how corrections or privacy choices are handled.
