Keep the actual property address, use and intended duration together. A storage box, a public-facing workspace and a shipping-certified unit call for different specifications.
Ask each seller for the offered unit's condition and an itemized total to your ZIP. A closer advertised market is not proof of the actual pickup point. Keep pad work, utilities and special lifting visible beside the box and transport.
